This project was a good test for our internal programming framework. Using a single data point, we created the Austin Surgical Hospital website, a Joint University micro-site, and support for a third bariatrics micro-site. Each micro-site can scale independently of the main hospital website and we can branch them off if they grow more than expected.
Overall, from a data perspective, the project was not relationship intensive or overly complicated. This allowed our framework to shine because many best practices and experience from similar websites were able to be carried over and extended to Austin Surgical Hospital. I look forward to seeing the site grow and learning from the patient's interaction with it.
