Elemental Blend is proud to announce the launch of our new system for requesting site updates, new mini-projects or other web services. Each request, called a "ticket," is made through elementalblend.com instead of via email. Using the system provides a clean, easy to use interface for starting, tracking and closing a ticket and expedites the process by giving all of our staff access to the same ticket as we work to complete the request. Most importantly, unlike email, the system is secure allowing us to share sensitive information electronically without worrying about prying eyes.
