After five years of use Elemental Blend has retired the original custom Web site application written for the Junior Faculty Development Program and has launched an entirely new system. The new Web App allows Universities from around the country to shop for exchange teachers that will come to the US for the Spring 2009 semester. This Web-based software allows administrators easy online access to teacher profiles, matching characteristics, customized list generation as well as distribution to outside officials. The JFDP is leading the way in utilizing technology in educational exchange.
