As a boy, Josh wanted to become a marine biologist to study sharks and rays. He enjoyed sketching sea life and wanted to devise a way to draw detailed images while underwater. In school, science and math proved to be Josh's worst nightmare but the drawing blossomed. Josh ended up studying art education, fine arts and ultimately design communications.

Josh is now the creative element of the Elemental Blend team. His background in fine arts and design helps him create visually rich interfaces with usability and accessibility in mind.
